Dr. Eric Tacl's research examines what drives countries to adopt central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).
He found that working with innovation and trusted institutions together determines how far adoption progresses.
He brings hands-on payments experience from major U.S. banks, including U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo and JPMorgan, so he knows how money moves inside large institutions.
He is also a veteran.
